Tefera is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Center for Family Service Organization (CFSO) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and Network of Family Service Professionals Inc. (NFSP), in the US. Tefera is a graduate of Addis Ababa University and Strayer University. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration & Project Management with honors (Summa Cum Lade) and Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Social Anthropology. He is also a graduate of History from Kotebe College of Teacher’s Education with honors. After graduation, Tefera has worked as a Teacher, Social worker, Project Coordinator and Managing Director, where he began his specialization in adoption and post adoption psychology, that eventually led to the foundation of Network of Family Service Professionals Inc. in the District of Columbia, United States of America. Tefera is currently Managing Director for PurposeBlack Global Support Ethiopia.
